Beta terms of use

Beta documents · Version 21 October 2026

1. The service and its operator

WayToGo! helps drivers and passengers find and arrange shared journeys. The beta is operated by Davide Mauri, an individual, bul. Tsar Boris III, 165, apt. 43, Sofia, 1612, Bulgaria. Contact: info.waytogo2026@gmail.com. The current beta supports the Sofia–Burgas corridor and available intermediate stops.

The app does not currently process fares or offer an in-app payment or refund service. Participants arrange the journey and any displayed cost contribution between themselves. WayToGo! does not promise that a published journey will operate, that a request will be accepted, or that an alternative vehicle will be supplied.

2. Who can participate?

The beta is restricted to people aged 18 or over. You must confirm this and provide accurate account information. Do not share account credentials or impersonate another person. Drivers are responsible for holding the licence, insurance, vehicle documentation and other authorisations required for the journey and for complying with applicable road and transport rules.

3. Publication and bookings

Drivers must accurately describe the vehicle, route, offered stops, date, available seats, prices and preferences. Passengers should check the selected boarding and destination stops, date, number of passengers, price and any restrictions before requesting a booking.

A request remains pending until the driver confirms it. A pending request does not reserve capacity. Confirmed bookings occupy seats on the booked legs; another participant may use those seats on a non-overlapping leg. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the app, the displayed journey price is per passenger; any group total is calculated for the selected number of seats.

4. Changes, delays and cancellations

Times are indicative and may change because of traffic, roadworks, weather, deviations or other events. Keep in contact to agree on delays, meeting arrangements and route changes. Use the in-app cancellation options promptly if you cannot travel; drivers should explain cancellations and notify affected passengers. Do not use account blocking to avoid an existing booking: cancel or resolve the booking first.

Participants are responsible for their own arrangements. The beta does not include a guarantee of compensation for a cancellation or delay. This does not remove any mandatory legal rights.

5. Conduct and safety

Do not publish illegal, threatening, harassing, sexually inappropriate or misleading content; misuse another person’s information; send spam; or use the app to discriminate unlawfully. Follow the journey’s stated preferences and only use eligibility-limited features when you meet their conditions. Drivers remain responsible for safe driving and must not use messaging while driving.

Report inappropriate profiles, photos or messages through the in-app reporting options. Blocking prevents new messages and bookings between the accounts under the app’s rules; it does not hide all shared history. For urgent danger, contact the relevant emergency services; in-app support is not an emergency response service.

6. Moderation and accounts

Authorised administrators can review reports, remove reported photos where appropriate, restrict accounts and apply suspensions. Moderation records and relevant evidence may be preserved according to the privacy notice. Contact support to explain a disputed action; provide the relevant reference and facts without disclosing anyone’s password.

You can request account deletion. The resulting cancellations and removal of ordinary personal details do not automatically erase all shared history or evidence retained for an open case.

7. Beta availability and updates

This is a test release: functions may contain errors or be temporarily unavailable. Report issues without submitting unnecessary personal information. We may fix or change features and update these terms; material changes will be communicated appropriately. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Privacy and contact

The privacy notice describes the processing of personal data. For support or questions about these terms, contact info.waytogo2026@gmail.com.
